Create Choropleth of regions and municipalities.

Lantmäteriet want's 9 094,80 kr for Administrativ indelning Nedladdning, vektor for a non-comercial licence! 🤯 This will be open 2025.

The polygon can be generated from their vector data, but it doesn't have any names. Data can be found elsewhere: https://www.scb.se/hitta-statistik/regional-statistik-och-kartor/regionala-indelningar/digitala-granser/
