Rename project #47

Description

I'd like to rename this repo to something more general, as there is a plan to include a few neighbouring countries.

At some point, the idea is to turn this into both a visualisation tool and front-end to a compute backend.

@docNord and @strobba, do you have any suggestions?

Still a thing but can wait. There are more interesting issues to address, e.g. #43 :).
