It's hard to generalize: minor macOS updates sometimes also update some system apps, including language files and updated binaries with all architectures. Major update usually update everything. However, most of those files are protected by SIP and therefore can't be removed by Monolingual by default. So, it might make sense to run Monolingual after a system update, but there's much more to gain after installing / updating third-party applications.
Hello
Monolingual worked nicely for me. My only question is what happens after a system update? Are these files rewritten? Should we run monolingual once again after a system update? I think this one may be relevant enough to include in your FAQS. Thank you, Josep.
