Add support for colored portraits/Animated Portraits in IGCC

An IGBDC For boss dialogue An IGSSC For Sprite Sheets

I definitely don't have time for all of that in the near future, but I appreciate the suggestions. Some of these are are either too convoluted or provide no benefit from being created in-game, but sigils and encounters would be possible, though the latter would have to be re-added to JSONLoader first.
