Getting an AssertionError #53

when copying the same example in the documentation, I'm getting this Error

Hey and thanks for the report. The error message from simple-term-menu could be way better and more descriptive. :sweat_smile: You get this message because the command bat could not be found. bat is a cat alternative: https://github.com/sharkdp/bat.
