OISD List changed endpoint #284

As per OISD website https://dbl.oisd.nl/basic/ is not active anymore. I think the equivalent is now: https://small.oisd.nl/domainswild2.

Thanks for letting me know. I am on it already and next version will be with updated default filterlist.

I think maybe a "list wasn't updated in X days" notification could be useful. I noticed today, and last update I think was about 1 month ago. I'll see if I can implement a PR.

In case you want to provide a PR, that is very welcome. In this case please implement against the dev branch

The current version includes the updated oisd filter lists - so I am closing this issue
