Hey! :-D

Could apk's be provided here on Github? I'm using Obtainium to manage my apps and personaldnsfilter is one of the few apps that require a different app store app.

they are available here: https://f-droid.org/packages/dnsfilter.android/

APKs are available on web site, F-droid and PlayStore. I will not provide it on Github in addition.
