Use React v18 and update dependencies and deprecated code more info

react-dom: ReactDOM.render has been deprecated. Using it will warn and run your app in React 17 mode. Use createroot instead https://reactjs.org/link/switch-to-createroot
maybe replace component with element and use functions instead of classes as recommended by React docs

There were a lot of breaking changes in the dependency updates, will recreate project with new code on a different branch and leave deprecated code in another. Main branch will display new code once its done.
