Build Configuration Pipeline #2

I'd like to test things with the new build pipelines to make sure things work if someone decides to use subscenes but I'm getting shared violation exceptions.

I'll likely hold out the update from 0.9.1 to 0.10.0 for a bit until I dig further into subscenes or remove subscene support from the repo (temporarily)

Okay, I think all I have to do is remake the build pipeline configurations, it seems to work with SBP 1.6.5, will need to check with 1.7.2.

Build pipelines work with 1.7.2.
