Update to the new meteor package system #1

Hi! This is the only livescript package i could use with meteorite,

unfortunately the new metoer package system doestn support git repo reference yet so i can't cleanly use it in 0.9.1

would you update this package to the new package server? would you maybe consider a pullrequest for this?

Hello. Sorry for the delayed response. Can you please provide more details about what does not work with new package system?

It works. But would you like to update to LiveScript 1.3.1? Thank you very much.
