[Suggestion] Add plantuml support #58

First of all, thank you for the app! I'll be glad to implement this functionality. I've already worked with plantuml executable and can add it to this cool project. Also I can use mdbook-plantuml.

Would be happy to add any merge requests for this feature. Shouldn't be too hard as image rendering is already setup 👍
