Following on from #291 we need to include some AWS Tag metadata in the audit logs, so that retrospective processing (eg: cost savings reports) can correctly attribute cost/savings back to the workload owners, which are identified by a couple of specific AWS tags.
It's probably "too much data" to incude all Tags/Values
