Add Alliander logo to the InnerSource in Action page

Steps to adding the logo to the website:

• [x] fork the website repository and add the logo to the InnerSource in Action page as follows:
• [x] the logo file must be named following the template: organisation_name.png
• [x] the logo file must be uploaded in the following folder: static/images/logos of the InnerSource Commons website repository
• [x] please edit the InnerSource in Action page located at the following path: content/community/action.md
• [x] please add the logo in the correct place in the list, following alphabetical order and make sure to include the link to the evidence, by using the following code: {{< company name="Alliander" image="/images/logos/alliander.png" video="https://youtu.be/Q6yCZI4f2bo?t=1131" >}} {{< /company >}}
• [x] please specify in the Pull Request why you are adding the logo to the site (E.g.: I work for the company and know they are doing InnerSource, based on the video evidence provided.)

Acceptance Criteria

• The logo file is named according to the convention: organisation_name.png
• The logo file has been uploaded to the right folder
• The logo appears on the InnerSource in Action page in the correct place based on alphabetical order
