● Check in with Clare re: prepping for video recording and support on the day
● Check in with speaker, schedule tech check-in for the day, request copy of presentation for tech and also for sharing with community

● 1 day to go reminder - Slack (already scheduled), Twitter (scheduled) and LinkedIn (not scheduled so manually done)
Day of CC
● Check that laptop is plugged in
● Tech check - 15 mins before call
● Check with speaker about view
● Doors open reminder - Slack
● Set call up in speaker view
● Record call and double check speaker view again
Follow up to CC
● Email thank you to speaker - ask about sharing presentation (if that hasn’t been cleared)
● Edit video & upload to youtube
● GitHub - ensure that this is changed to a past event - waiting on Diren to approve
● GitHub - link youtube video and add ‘watch recording’ button to the eventbrite link
● Collate resources -
● Mailing list - thank you with youtube video & resources
● Slack - thank you with youtube video & resources
● Email to eventbrite attendees
● Upload youtube video to website and link to past event - waiting on Diren
