-Pick date -Create new logo - Dmitrii -Create canva slides for CFP form -Create a CFP form -Send social with CFP form link out via Slack, LinkedIn, Twitter -Create Slack working group to review CFP applicants -Review applications - get working group to score each applicant -Create canva slides for registration page -Create EventBrite page for Summit registrations -Contact successful and unsuccessful applicants -Request photos from successful applicants -Put bios into EventBrite page -Create the website page based on previous year's Summit page

Let's plan for each of us to spend time making sure that everything that needs to be achieved to run a summit is in here at an appropriate timeline. Let's keep this document short - don't worry about explaining how to do things in here but just what output/result needs to be achieved to have a great summit.

This can be done after our January 10 items.
