Community call moderator slide deck template #265

The moderator gets a slide deck for introducing the community call and speaker.

Let's have a template that is always the starting point for the deck that is given to each moderator.

Any instructions that we want to give to the moderator to guide them through their role should be in the slide deck (on the slides or in the speaker notes). It's OK to have some moderator-only slides with instructions to them.

We took this approach in the summit and I think it worked well to have everything in the deck (no separate instruction document).
