Announcement page always redirects to Chinese website version #322

If you visit https://innersourcecommons.org/about/announcements/2023-08-new-executive-director/ (plain URL), you are redirected to https://www.innersourcecommons.org/zh/about/announcements/2023-08-new-executive-director/ ("zh" in the URL and Chinese selected in the language picker).

Visiting the plain URL should stay at the plain URL with English in the language picker.

Seems to happen only on the featured announcements, will investigate further
