Adding OSCON events 2018 and 2017. Implements #123.

Notes:

The website for the 2017 event doesn't seem to be online anymore. Therefore I used a waybackmachine link.
fixed one misspelling of InnerSource too

@maxcapraro please confirm if this PR implements the suggestion in #123 as intended, so that we can get the list of events more up-to-date.
