Self host videos #86

Created a simple Introduction page with YouTube video embedded and changed the learning path page to point to it instead of O'Reilly.

Site structure needs to be agreed before this can be merged (https://github.com/InnerSourceCommons/InnerSourceLearningPath/issues/124).

I’m willing to be outvoted, but I’d rather take a few moments at the outset to agree and just do the work once in its final configuration. Especially it looks like Tom already put out a proposed site structure.

I was not intending to vote against him - I was rather arguing a "LGTM, let's merge this". We could still change the site structure later on if we see the need and even leave stubs up for now adding a hint or redirect for now, but this looks good the way it is.

Merging this in. @tsadler1988 will create more PRs in the same format once we've successfully YouTube post-processed more videos.
