Development setup error: Jekyll::Converters::Scss - undefined method `to_sym' for true:TrueClass #93

When trying to use the command jekyll serve --config _config.yml,_config_dev.yml, it will fail with the following error:

I decided not to solve that together with the implementation of #91, as this issue is not really related to docker enablement.
