[ISC Madrid] Add tentative agenda #97

Update the list of keynote speakers in the main page. Add the agenda as a new page linked from the main page. Update the list of speakers with new ones and keynote ones.

The PR looks good, I took liberty to perform the following changes:

Fixed two faulty image references on speakers page
Fixed one faulty image references on events page
Fixed one table layout issue in agenda

There were two things missing on the content side:

One bio (I added it, coincidentally it was mine)
Picture of Florent Zara is missing (but, I realized, this is independent from this MR anyway)

@maxcapraro they look good to me, thanks a lot for fixing all of them. The missing photos were already requested, I guess they're coming in the following days.
