In an ISPO-run organization, a key challenge is to find contributors :
Contributors willing to participate in Inner Source projects that belong to other teams/organizations
Contributors willing to help in the animation of the developer community at scale: this can be volunteers who help structure and run the community, invest time in its governance, organize events, or people acting as relays/promoters to help spread the company about InnerSource and expand its impact in the organization.
