Define a template for a senior leadership oriented white paper #23

As an IPSO driver, I want to succinctly define the value of InnerSource to senior leader, to drive engagement within my company.

ACs

  1. An elevator pitch. (Why InnerSource)
  2. What is InnerSource in biz speak.
  3. A generic How with principles guidance.

Future ACs

  1. Extend with a global InnerSource model with Geo locations contributing to a headquarters.

Sounds much like the "golden pitchdeck" that was talked about a while ago. Might help others in a good way too.

Actually I stumbled on the article I shared looking for something else, but added here as a reference as I considered related, but I am not working on this topic.

One more source of inspiration for this topic is the Building the Case for InnerSource (Recent ISC Community Call).

One thing I remember in special is the suggestion to use terms that are familiar to the audience.
