What is your sense, who is the intended audience in most of the material that the ISC has produced so far? My guess is IT leaders and also "developers" in the most general sense.
So if I understand you correctly, you want to create a pitch with the specific "Software Architect" persona in mind, right?

Exactly, I want to tailor the message for this persona.
Thank you for logging this need! Is this work still happening?

Software Architects are often referred to as a group within companies. It is likely that there will be opportunities to present InnerSource to this audience.
One of the challenges here is that the role of Software Architect is very diverse and broad in scope. Some Architects work embedded in (often agile) teams, others work detached, others are senior/chief architects working at a higher level and leading other architects.
Architects working on different stacks (cloud, on premise, internal tools, embedded software...) will likely have different types of stakeholders and be differently affected by functional and non-functional requirements.
