I think there was a talk by a Google person on how to argue business value of Open Source Program Offices. It mostly went down the road of "it's infrastructure" which a) what it is (like roads, utilities, etc.) b) what is often neglected but enables the success of others. If I find the talk again, I'll link it.
Curious to hear what Micaela brings up though. Would it be on the actual cross-team collab actions, i.e. InnerSource in action? In that case we also have some claims on our LP videos, the intro series I think.
I think this challenge (at least) partially overlap with #5 (showing the business impact to sponsors / management is one (good) way to justify investing in an ISPO...
