7/25 の会議で決まった翻訳ポリシーを TRANSLATION-POLICY.md に書きました。
書いた分の Markdownlint のエラーは解消してあります。残りは別途対応しましょう。
脚注、訳注については Slack で別の案が出ていますが、この変更では 7/25 時点の内容にしています。
