Closes #9.

Split up infrastructure.md into 3 files. Bonus: Minor markdown fixes, incl title-casing of titles

I wasn't sure what to do with the content in section "Some examples of Infrastructure". In theory those should have gone into their own file but that seemed overkill for 6 lines of content.

Left the content in infrastructure/assessment.md for now.

As this PR contains no content changes I am going ahead and merging it to address the bugs described in #9.
