Configuration group #51

Most of the changes were made in order to make configuration more structured because it seemed a bit messy to me. There are now groups containing specific parameters (e.g. scenario, psql) which hopefully make the whole process more understandable.

What is the intention of this PR. Do you want a review from a special person? Maybe it makes sense to tag him or her. And maybe it also makes even more sense to squash commits that are related to each other together. So that one can get a better overview :smiley:
