Several changes:

agents' home locations can be distributed using the grid of the 2011 Zensus
network configuration group
network creation: handling of OSM maxspeed keys that refer to national speed limits
reader for gpx files
Analysis method for Ril project
some more JUnit tests
some convenience methods (e.g. weighted selection)

Does that mean the pop generator now works together with the census 2011 grid? That would be excellent!

Yup, that's what it means, at least with home locations since that's what the grid displays. One can switch grid usage on / off by scenario config parameter "activityLocationsType".
