populationReader6 Error when executing Plans2Json-Main #67

changed the populationReader to 5 in xml file but still had the problem

This error occurs when reading the Osnabrueck population file because it was created on v6 population, yet the standard in MATSim 0.8.0 (which is what we use in our master branch) still is v5.

The reason why I used v6 here is because during the development of the OS simulation, data structures for free floating carsharing service areas were introduced on the MATSim master branch (0.9.0-SNAPSHOT).

I made a workaround on a new branch (805183216f1594ccebc12f667a06177d4c2be54c). As soon as the next version of MATSim is released, it should work out of the box again.

I already put the json files on GISDATA.
