BBSR data doesn't cover all of Germany #7

Are there only a few areas? in that case I could do that manually...

No idea, we will have to test this first. We've only found districts in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern that were affected...

Mc Pom had some larger adjustments to their Landkreise. See here: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kreisgebietsreform_Mecklenburg-Vorpommern_2011

Don't know. Maybe we should talk about this with @bsmoehring since he suggested a possible solution and maybe he already did sth about it
