Scenario post-processing crashs #99

After successful scenario creation, post-pocessing (.calculate_od_relations_and_modal_split of Scenario model) crashs accompanied by psql error Sequel::DatabaseError: PG::UndefinedObject: ERROR: could not find array type for data type double precision[]

Affected districts: 05382, 09184, 06412

Seems to be like the same Error and effects like in #83
