Also - it would be nice to not require that I re-select the entity each time to view a different view within the entity - (I'm looking to check changes across multiple views of my data and it's annoying to keep re-typing the entity name just to select a different view within the same entity as I'm currently viewing.)

My suggestion would be: on the form area currently marked 'CRM View', change that to two dropdowns, one for entity, and the second for the 'view' (and the 'id' on the far right) - Allow the user to change the 'view' without having to re-select the entity. (eliminating the current pop-up dialog.) Additionally - move the current 'refresh' views button off the dialog into the ribbon. - hitting 'refresh' would leave the current entity/view selected (but updated with the newer metadata.)
