The metronome is sometimes irregular.

Hard to reproduce so something has been done based on this post : http://www.html5rocks.com/en/tutorials/audio/scheduling/

With the use of a javascript worker for scheduling, it seems better. Still have some interval irregularity (up to 75ms sometimes...) Based on this project : https://github.com/cwilso/metronome
