Add harvest result counts to harvest notification email #96

The default harvest notification email is really bare-bones and requires recipients to click on a link to get any information. Here's an example.

This email is to notify you that repository OEI Geospatial Metadata has been harvested.

You can view harvest report following the link https://edg-intranet.epa.gov/metadatacatalog/harvest/report.page?uuid={0922CD53-CFBE-4B9A-9597-BD518974D993}

Thank you.

It would be great if we could at least add the harvest counts - harvested, validated, and published, so a recipient would know whether to bother clicking on the link.

This issue was moved to USEPA/EPA_Environmental_Dataset_Gateway#18
