Composts layer download needs to be fixed #43

The file that downloads for compost has some errors in it – it is showing the first ID column for some reason, the title row is missing, and the ZIP code has some strange characters included

This issue is caused by the layer name changing and some of the field name changing. An email has been sent to the client to confirm what the layer name should be and what field they want in the download.
