Filtering Volunteer Events based on Application End Date [ up for grab ]

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the website shows all the upcoming as well as expired Volunteer events together (on Campain List page) which will make the User Experience bad when actual people start using the website. So, it is necessary to add some filters so that the main page only shows the upcoming events and there would be separate section to view expired events.

Describe the solution you'd like I can easily solve the above described issue by adding necessary filters on loops which check the date everytime this component is rendered.

Additional context Currently, the website only has expired events. Please add some upcoming events as well in the Database so that the page doesn't look empty when I work on this issue.

Please assign this issue to me (under GSSOC'24). I will give my best to accomplish the things mentioned above. Looking forward to a positive response. 😄
