[Feature]: Create Adoption Page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe: Currently, there is no dedicated space on the platform for showcasing animals available for adoption. This makes it difficult for users to browse and find pets they may be interested in adopting. Additionally, shelters and rescue organizations lack a platform to promote the animals in their care to a wider audience.

Describe the solution you'd like: I would like to propose the creation of an Adoption Page within the application. This page would serve as a centralized hub for users to browse and search for animals available for adoption. It would include features such as filters for species, age, location, and other relevant criteria to help users find their perfect match. Each animal listing should include detailed information, photos, and contact details for the shelter or organization handling the adoption.

Describe alternatives you've considered: An alternative solution could be to integrate third-party adoption platforms or APIs into the application. However, this may limit customization and control over the adoption process and user experience. Building an in-house Adoption Page would allow for greater flexibility and customization to meet the specific needs of users and adoption organizations.

Additional context: The addition of an Adoption Page would not only benefit users looking to adopt a pet but also provide a valuable platform for shelters and rescue organizations to showcase their animals to a wider audience. By facilitating the adoption process, the platform can contribute to reducing the number of animals in shelters and promote responsible pet ownership. Additionally, the Adoption Page aligns with our mission to create a positive impact on animal welfare and support the adoption community.

this is a good feature and thanks to you for creating such a well researched issues . but adding this feature directly into our app will make it too much to consume so what i am thinking to create a different mode like a toggle that changes the app into adoption app ( basically redirects to another route ) or maybe a link or button that changes the app into adoption app and their we can add all the features for the adoption , as it is a large issues can you breakdown this in different smaller issues step by step comment here i will create separate issues for them
