[Feature]: Create Community Forum

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe: Currently, there is a lack of a centralized space within the Paws app for users to engage with each other, share experiences, and seek advice related to pet care, adoption, training, and other pet-related topics. This limits the sense of community and support among users and misses an opportunity to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Describe the solution you'd like: I propose creating a Community Forum feature within the Paws app. This forum would serve as a dedicated space for users to connect, interact, and exchange knowledge and experiences related to pet ownership. Users should be able to create posts, ask questions, share photos and videos, and engage in discussions on various topics. The forum should be well-organized with categories and tags to facilitate navigation and make it easy for users to find relevant content.

Describe alternatives you've considered: An alternative solution could be to integrate third-party forum platforms or APIs into the app. However, this may limit customization and control over the forum's features and user experience. Building an in-house Community Forum would allow for greater flexibility and customization to meet the specific needs of Paws app users and foster a sense of community unique to the platform.

Additional context: The addition of a Community Forum would not only enhance user engagement and satisfaction but also create a valuable resource for pet owners to learn from each other, seek advice, and share their love for animals. By fostering a sense of community within the app, we can strengthen user loyalty and retention while furthering our mission to promote responsible pet ownership and animal welfare.
