Responsiveness for buttons #311

Describe the bug Whenever the height of the page is reduced the report button and other buttons get under the navbar.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to 'https://pawss.vercel.app/'
  2. Reduce the height of the screen
  3. See error

Expected behaviour The buttons should be visible clearly and should not hide due to the overlapping
