🐞[Bug]: fix responsiveness of the upload image

Describe the bug

The "upload image and Location" section has a "Take Photo" button that, when clicked, opens the front camera. However, the UI is not responsive and lacks uniformity. I would like to address this issue.

Expected behavior

The issue occurs at pawss.vercel.app/report-incident. In the desktop view, the translucent background is stretched. Adjusting it to an appropriate size will improve the UI.
