Go to current location menu item / button #243

Every now and then, f. ex. when browsing the map or because of geolocation/app 
bugs the current map view will be far from the current position. When you can't 
see your current position or the track it is difficult to ascertain that 
tracking is in fact working and to relate to the purpose of the app in general.

I thus propose that you add a current location button similar to the one found 
in Google Maps and similar apps.

1. The button should appear in the same view/way that the zoom buttons appear, 
but I am not sure where on the screen it should be placed.
2. On first touch it should zoom to show the whole track including current 
position, on second touch it should zoom to one of the finer zoom levels with 
current position in centre. ... or the other way around...

3. If no position can be retrieved message about activating GPS or something to 
that effect should be shown.
