uses old "opencyclemap" tile server?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use "OpenCycleMap" overlay
2. download some tiles (pan or zoom to visit a non-cached area)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should build up map image. instead at regular intervals a grey tile appears and 
says "Configuration change required http://bit.ly/snUhqR"

Which Android device are you using?

Motorola DEFY

What version of Android are you running?

2.3.7

What version of the Open GPS Tracker are you running?

1.3.2

Please provide any additional information below.

The bit.ly URL expands to 
http://www.gravitystorm.co.uk/shine/change-of-tileserver-url/
which lists the required changes (server URL). Perhaps Open GPS Tracker would 
need a newer version of some underlying OSM library?
