Add timeout or config to disable contributor reward #120

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Our server is having constant network issues connecting to github usercontents, and stucks at loading contributors of industrial foregoing for 1 ~ 10 minutes every startup before eventually come up with java.net.SocketException: Connection reset error. Yet obviously we don't have any contributors playing in our server.

Describe the solution you'd like I see in Industrial Foregoing repository it did catch MalformedURLException there, so I thought maybe features like timeouts or configs should be provided here by titanium.

Additional context idk but could this be a solution?

Or make it async plz.

Just found out our server has been stuck in there for 9 hours just waiting for the connection, so I really dont think there's a limit there.
