Item Description windows blocking access #1821

Describe the bug When hoovering over well everything, a tool tip/ description is projected on top, usually this should disappear or be in a spot that's not problematic, however, its directly on top of options and i then can not use that thing, examples are conflicts in the inventory system, perk tree, magic system tree, dialog both normal and adult, and combat, making the game nearly unplayable.

Expected behavior To be Able to play the game lol, i guess they should be either disappearing or only show up in a helpful position but i can not move them or make them go away until clicking away and they sometimes remain even when opening a new application or window. I'm expecting to be able to click and use these aspects of the game.

To Reproduce Hoover over items or interactable icons that display tool tips, mostly lower half of the screen that blocks access, clicking only highlights the text. There is no provided Error log since it doesn't cause a crash, just limiting what i can do.

Using .exe on Java v8 update 401

The exe should only ever be using the java 8 update 172 that is provided in the download. The main menu lists the used version near the center of the screen. It is also listed at the top of data/error.log. This log is always created fresh on every launch.

There are known issues with using java 8 update 401 (or really, anything newer than update 271) that typically exhibit themselves as graphical issues, though I don't see any of those issues in your screenshots.
