6 years ago On the bulge idea, something like that would be cool for nipples too. Here is what I think the sizes represent:
'Tiny' nipples being about as big as the tip of an eraser
'Small' would be as big as about two or three dimes (US currency, 10 cents) stacked together
'Big' is about the size of a bottle-cap
'Large' would be about the size of your thumb
'Massive' would be about as big as a cow udder
I believe they should be visible even through a bra at the 'big' size. I also believe there should be an 'medium' size put between 'small' and 'big', which would be about as big as three or four nickels (again US currency, 5 cents).
Since you seem to be adding in penis girth, could something be done about the labia size? What I mean is that the labia size is a bit confusing, seeing how it could be referring to either the outer or inner lips (labia majora/minora). Perhaps you could consider using the term vulva instead, which pertains to the entire part of the female genitals (the vagina is actually inside). Or have a separate description for the vulva, for those who still want the lips themselves to be described and sized separately.
One other thing that could be added is a similar bulge system to the penis, but for the vulva. Maybe a large one creates a bit of a camel-toe, and a massive one makes a full on moose-knuckle.
