Submissive sex is still broken, or at least seems like it. Examples:

1. NPC has oral fetish, but after NPC removes her pants and panties, she continuously forces player to perform cunnilingus only to push player away in the next turn. This repeats until NPC orgasms and sex ends.
2. Defeated and raped by female NPC with dominant, vaginal, and oral fetishes. Player chooses "calm down" while NPC literally does nothing until she orgasms and sex ends.
3. Male NPC who hates masturbation and loves giving anal repeatedly shoves fingers in his ass until sex ends, without doing anything else.

Also, a lot of the NPC likes/dislikes are contradictory. For example, male NPC has impregnation fetish but will never fuck vagina because he hates doing so...

Dominant sex that does not take place after combat or with slaves, for example Nyan and kimono Lilaya, has similar issues as number one. Trying to finger or perform oral actions on such a partner results in them immediately or shortly after cancelling that action. Seems to happen roughly after the fifth sex action and needs either or both parties to have a tail and/or dick. The NPC will also refuse to perform any non-penetrative actions after that point, so it seems to be caused by the recent change to prefer penetrative actions and consider everything else "foreplay" that was meant to fix NPCs fingering themselves and doing nothing else. But now it breaks oral and lesbian sex—unless neither has a tail—and takes away some player agency; you can't just masturbate them to orgasm any more.
