[BUG] Inochi Creator is DPI unaware on Windows

Describe the bug

Inochi creator does not properly scale with windows system dpi causing it to be to be oversized and quite blurry. Session has this problem too.

I expect the software to declare it's DPI awareness, so that windows does not attempt to scale it automatically(badly).

Reproduction

1. Have any windows scaling factor other than 100.
2. Launch Inochi Creator.
