Update threshold help #11

I am not 100% sure since I am not part of Inovelli or OpenZWave but I feel like the threshold help is incorrect since Always will always send data to the hub and only if the Report Method is Threshold will the data be sent to the hub based on the actual threshold values defined by their respective params.

I agree. It was a typo, and should say Threshold instead of Always

Are you with Inovelli and able to merge? Do they actively monitor this or should I drop a comment in their community space, they seem active over there?

I am not with Inovelli, but I was the one who submitted the original config file (that's how I know it was a typo). I do not have the ability to merge
