Add multi instance/channel support for lzw36 so reporting works #15

Tested on my Home Assistant instance. As detailed here, this does break the fan/light combo device so probably could use some help to get it fully functional. However, it "fixes" reporting of local changes for the discrete devices so that's a big win for my use case.
